Terms of service.
The short version of how weekly pool service and repair work with us runs. No contracts, written prices before work, and reports after every visit.
Booking and confirmation
A booking request submitted through this site is a request, not a confirmed appointment. We confirm your day and arrival window by phone or text before the first visit.
Monthly and annual rates
Weekly cleaning starts at $120 in Bradenton and Lakewood Ranch and $130 in Sarasota — the starting rate for a standard residential pool. Larger pools, spas and heavy-use pools are quoted individually, and you get the price in writing before service begins. The rate covers the weekly visit, the chemicals used and your digital service report. Service runs month to month with no contract and no cancellation fee. On the annual plan you pay for 12 months up front and every month costs $10 less — starting at $110 in Bradenton and Lakewood Ranch, $120 in Sarasota — a $120 saving over the year.
Payment and fees
We email an invoice after each visit or before work starts, showing the amount and what it covers. Pay it by Zelle to (941) 666-3676 or vrpoolservices@gmail.com, or by Venmo to the same number — Zelle and Venmo don't charge a fee and we don't add one. The invoice also carries a secure payment link for card, Apple Pay and Google Pay; those payments add a 3% processing fee, which is included in the amount shown at checkout before you pay.
Repairs and extra work
Anything beyond routine cleaning is quoted in writing first. We don't begin repair work, a green pool recovery or a one-time cleanup until you approve the quoted price. Parts are billed in addition to labour.
Access to the pool
Please make sure we can reach the pool on your service day — gate codes, pets and locked enclosures are your responsibility to arrange. If we can't get in, the visit may be skipped and the monthly rate still applies.
Weather and delays
Florida storms happen. If lightning or flooding keeps us away on your day, we'll get to you as soon as the route allows and tell you when.
Service reports
A report is emailed after each visit to the address you provide. Tell us if it stops arriving and we'll sort it out.
