Plain English: we collect what we need to service your pool, we keep it to ourselves, and you can ask us to delete it.
What we collect
When you book service or ask for a quote we collect your name, email address, phone number, service address, the service you're interested in and any notes you add. After a visit we record the pool's chemical readings, the chemicals we added, the work we performed and a photo of the pool.
Why we collect it
We use these details to schedule and carry out the work, to confirm your appointment, to email your weekly service report, and to answer questions about your pool. We don't sell your information and we don't use it for advertising.
Your service reports
Reports are emailed to the address you give us. The photo and readings are kept so we can track how your pool changes over time and spot equipment problems early.
Who can see your information
Booking requests, quote requests and service reports are visible only to the VR Pool Services team. They are not published anywhere on this website.
Keeping and removing your details
We keep service records for as long as you're a customer so we can service your pool accurately. If you'd like your details removed, ask us and we'll delete them, except where we're required to keep a record for tax or legal reasons.
